Configuring OU Settings

This article introduces how OU administrators configure OU settings including changing OU administrators, customizing LOGO and footer information, and configuring display languages for the OU in the Admin Console of EnOS Application Portal.

Changing OU Administrator

1. In the left navigation pane of the EnOS Application Portal Admin Console, select OU Configuration.

2. Select Change Administrator, and transfer the administrator identity to another user in the current OU by user account or email.

3. Select Submit.

Changing OU LOGO and Footer

Note

The OU requires the customization function to customize the LOGO and footer information. For more information on customization, contact the tenant administrator.

1. In the left navigation pane of the EnOS Application Portal Admin Console, select OU Configuration.

2. In the Customization section:

   • To change OU LOGO, select Upload Image to upload a new LOGO for the OU.

   • To change footer, select Edit and enter footer information in the text box.

Configuring Display Languages

1. In the left navigation pane of the EnOS Application Portal Admin Console, select OU Configuration.

2. In the Language Settings section, select Edit.

3. Select the languages available for the OU and select Submit. EnOS Application Portal supports multiple languages, with Simplified Chinese and English as defaults. If you need to configure other languages, please contact the product manager.

After finishing the steps above, you can select the username on the top right corner, and select Switch Language from the dropdown list to change the display language of the Application Portal.
