Tenant/OU Administrator

In EnOS Cloud, a tenant represents an entity or enterprise with independent data and resources. Within a tenant, multiple organizations (Organization Units, abbreviated as OUs) can be set up. OUs are used to isolate users, applications, and resources of different departments or projects within the tenant. Through the hierarchical structure of tenants and OUs, enterprises can achieve fine-grained permission control in EnOS Cloud, ensuring the secure isolation of data and information.

Based on the scope of management, the following three types of administrators can be set in the EnOS application portal:

  • Tenant Administrator: Assigned by operation and maintenance personnel, this role has full administrative rights over the tenant and is responsible for managing OUs and users within the tenant.

  • OU Administrator: Assigned by the tenant administrator, this role has full administrative rights over the OU and is responsible for managing applications, users, and resources within the OU.

  • Sub-Administrator: Assigned by the OU administrator, this role has partial administrative rights over the OU, such as managing menu groups, assigning roles, and allocating resource access permissions.
