当前 API 存在以下两个版本：
V2.4 Batch Create Devices （推荐）：最新版本，支持在 EnOS 2.4.0 CU1 及以上环境中使用。
V2.0 Batch Create Devices：旧有版本，支持在 EnOS 2.2.0 及以上环境中使用。
